Register an Event

BEAUTIFUL TICKETS LTD a company incorporated in Scotland, with registration number SC683233, whose registered office is at 39 Dunnock Road, Duloch, by Dunfermline, Kingdom of Fife, KY11 8QE

This agreement covers an agreement and responsibility between Beautiful Tickets Limited and any company, organisation or individual (Promotor) who wish to request our services to sell tickets on their behalf.

Responsibilities of the Parties

BTL undertakes to:
· Set up and host ticket purchase pages for the event
· Enable the fulfilment of ticket purchases to enable credit and debit card purchases of electronic print at home event tickets.
· Provide customer services for ticket purchasers related to ticketing issues.


The Promotor:
· Supply their own staff and equipment to allow tickets to be validated at the entrance to the venue via a smart phone or tablet.
· Brief security staff on procedures for checking and validating tickets.
· In the event of any problem, cancellation, dispute or other issue relating to the event that creates additional costs out-with the control of BTL reimburse BTL for all additional costs. All such additional costs will be agreed by both parties in advance of the additional services being provided.

Costs and Revenue:
· The event company will invoice BTL following the conclusion of the event. If the event is a tour, payments can be requested for each completed gig.
· BTL act as a ticket portal on behalf of the promotor and is no way liable to any of the promotors customers for any loss of monies in the event of cancellation and/or refunds.

Disclosure: In the event that either party plans or needs to make changes which could materially affect this agreement, or the services delivered under it, the terms of the change shall be disclosed promptly.
